A full-circle return
Music was not an add-on.
Kai began piano at six, attended a selective arts junior high school, later added cello and orchestra, and accompanied her high school Madrigal Singers, a special vocal ensemble. She entered Penn State’s main campus as a double major in Piano Performance and Electrical Engineering.
After the technical career came the return: using composition, perfect pitch, narrative, and systems thinking together to give each channel and story world its own honest sound.
The systems mind and the creative heart were never separate careers. They were always the same life.
